Electrocardiograph Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

        Electrocardiograph Technician duties are to analyze the patient’s heart condition. They will use an ECG machine that traces the electric magnetic pulse that the heart transmits.  

Salary:

$50,000 dollar a year.

Education:

        Electrocardiograph Technicians must complete a certificate program or go on-the-job training.  Courses in a certificate program may include anatomy, CPR, diagnostic electrocardiography, electrocardiogram techniques, and EKG analysis. In certain states, Electrocardiograph Technicians need a license.
